Aged and Poorly Pets

I know only too well how important it is to have lasting memories of those that stay by our side for a time that never feels long enough. If your pet or equine has been given a terminal diagnosis I will offer you 20% off off the Your Lifestyle & Full package prices and try to book you in at my earliest availability.For equines over 25 years old, medium and small breed dogs 13 years old and over and large breed dogs 8 years old and over.

Booking and Package Prices

Full payment on booking is required to ensure your commitment to the date of your chosen package. If Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai needs to cancel your session due to the photographers own illness and is unable to reschedule within an 8 week period due to their availability a full refund will be provided.

Package prices include the photographers skill, time for editing and travelling, within a 50 mile radius of SA18 1AE. The package price only includes prints and digital images specified within your chosen package, additional prints, digital images, print boxes and usb sticks will be available to purchase additionally. Please refer to the PetPhotographyCo price list before your session.

Re-Scheduling

If you, your family or support bubble are feeling unwell in any way, Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai will be happy to reschedule but requires as much notice as possible.

If it is raining on the day of your photography session then we can re-schedule for a mutually agreeable day when the weather is more favourable. Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai will keep an eye on the weather in the lead up to your session and will keep in touch if the weather is likely to effect the session and your experience. The decision will lie with the client if they wish to go ahead, but it is always advisable to re-schedule in wet weather.

Locations and Additional Travel fees

Package sessions for clients can be provided in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Swansea, Brecon, Neath and Cardiff.

Additionally I can also offer limited Package and Yard sessions in Buckinghamshire, Windsor, Bracknell, Chalfont, Hillingdon and 20 miles from UB10 9HR.

All packages include up to 50 miles of travelling distance from SA18 1AE, any additional miles are charged at 35p per mile including return journey.

Reproduction & Copyright

The photographer Rhian Mai Hubbart retains the copyright of all images taken and produced by her, unless specially agreed in writing. Copying and reproduction of any images from this website, associated social media accounts, proofs and prints are prohibited and subject to prosecution. Written permissions must be sought for commercial use of all images. Images must not be altered, manipulated or added t, or reproduce an image in whole or in part as an element within, in any format without the written permission of Rhian Mai Hubbart.

Cooling off Period

All orders of portraits, print boxes and digital images are non-refundable due to their custom nature and must be paid for at the time of ordering. Orders with Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai once made, cannot be cancelled.

Retention Of Client Images

In most cases Pet Photography by Rhian Mai will retain images for up to 3 months after the viewing session.

In all cases Pet Photography Co retains all rights of images produced, unless specific written agreement says otherwise. Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai reserves the right to use their images for portfolio, marketing, promotion, displays and for commercial purposes.

Product Pricing

Pet Photography Co use a professional photo lab to produce professional and long lasting prints for superior quality, for their clients. Pet Photography Co's pricing is influenced by the prices charged by the lab. At times the lab may change their pricing which may result in a sudden price increase for Packages and prints to reflect this . Pet Photography Co will always try to give as much notice as possible when a price increase is necessary.

Proofs/View of Photographs for Clients

Pet Photography Co provides no guarantee on the number of proofs produced for a client. Pet Photography Co will select and provide fully edited images within 4 weeks of your session, orders for your prints included within your package and any additional products should be made at the time of your viewing. Where possible Pet Photography Co will arrange for the viewing either in your own home, a cafe or other suitable venue. When this is not possible a clients viewing can be provided digitally.

Holding Of Images For Clients

Dependant on the individual circumstance Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai will use their discretion, to agree to or decline requests to hold images for a client.

Delivery and Product Receival

Pet Photography Co by Rhian Mai will in most cases arrange a mutually convenient day to personally deliver and present purchased products and images. Products and images will have already been checked for printing errors and quality, however the client will be encouraged to check the products for themselves before the end of the delivery and presentation.

If for whatever reason personal delivery is not possible then postage will be arranged and it is the client's responsibility to check the products and images for printing errors or damage once received. The client must report any discrepancies within 48hrs of receiving the products and images.

Artist's Input

Rhian Mai Hubbart reserves the right to use her own professional judgement for any artistic input for producing the images. This includes and is not limited to poses, props and number of photographs taken. Rhian Mai cannot be held responsible for not meeting expectations due to unco-operation from children and animals on the day of the photoshoot. Rhian Mai Hubbart may not be able to get the desired or expected poses or number of images due to factors outside of her control.

Fulfilment & Obligations

Rhian Mai Hubbart shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil her obligations, where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond her control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. Although every effort is made to comply with the Client’s wishes, special requests are not binding. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by Rhian Mai liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
